This program is designed to introduce the student to a variety of careers in the field of technology. Training includes installing, managing, configuring and securing many of the systems used in Small Office/Home Office and Corporate environments. The course provides certification opportunities that demonstrate knowledge of Information Systems the student requires for an entry-level IT support position.

What You Will Learn:

Technology: Learn core technologies such as software installation, system repairs and management of systems used by industry. 

Computer Repair: Learn to repair desktops, laptops and mobile devices in a lab environment.

Software Management: Utilize tools such as Microsoft Server, Microsoft Deployment Tool, PowerShell and Command line utilities.

Other topics taught are networking and security principles.
