2nd year Law and Public Safety student, James Heflin (SMHS), attended the The West Virginia Sheriffs' Association Youth Leadership Academy this past summer. About his experience, James said: "The West Virginia Sheriffs' Association Youth Leadership Academy was a great experience I had over the summer. I learned so much about being a better leader in school and in life. Fortunately I was elected Sheriff and I was given the opportunity to speak at graduation. I strongly encourage anyone who is interested to sign up!"

Talk about collaboration! The Pleasants County Senior Citizens Center donated their old van to the Boys and Girls Club of Pleasants County. MOVTI's automotive program was able to get it up and running again after it had sat for several years. They replaced the fuel pump, repaired wiring, replaced bulbs, serviced it and then our graphic design program added some vinyl decals to personalize it!
The Boys and Girls Club will now be able to pick students up from St. Marys Elementary and drive them to the club rather than having them walk in inclement weather.

The Information Systems and esports students took a trip to tour the Campus of Wesleyan College and meet the esports coach. The students from left to right are: Eoin Priestley, Jacob Lowther, Caleb Hudson, Waylon Moore, and Jonathon Gillespie.

The afternoon Information Systems class enjoyed an end-of-the-year lunch. There was much fun and good food.
