More student certifications to celebrate!
Students from the Advanced Medical Preparedness class - Ivy Hogue, Ethan Haught, Quentin Owens, and Gavin Easton - all from Ritchie County High School, passed the certification test to become a Patient Care Technician. Congratulations!


GYO Future Educators finished their required field hours for the spring semester. During their field hours, students got to spend time at local elementary schools in classrooms.


Last week, students from the Law and Public Safety Program practiced teamwork, communication, and tactics while having a blast at Ohio Valley Airsoft.




Yesterday, 41 of our MOVTI students were inducted into the National Technical Honor Society! It's a high achievement for these students. Congratulations!

Student leaders, Halle DeWeese and Ada Chen, presented virtually to the Tech Centers That Work Spring Forum about their school year. Students at MOVTI take part in Simulated Workplace which means different things in different programs. Graphic Design students run and work in a "print shop" while Therapeutic Services students complete their clinical hours in a nursing home. The goal of Simulated Workplace is to give students opportunities to engage in authentic workplace settings. #SREB #cteworks #wvde


Andrew Freeland, a senior at RCHS, completed his online Pharmacy Technician Training Program. Andrew has also completed the required clinical hours to be able to sit for the Pharmacy Technician Certification test.
